VA Disability Evaluations
CLFC provides physicians trained in VA disability evaluation protocols, including DBQ completion, nexus letter preparation, and evaluation of service-connected conditions. Our physicians understand that behind every claim is a veteran who answered their country’s call, and they approach every evaluation with the professionalism and respect that service deserves.
Conditions evaluated include PTSD, traumatic brain injury, musculoskeletal injuries, respiratory conditions from burn pit and toxic exposure, hearing loss, and the full spectrum of service-connected conditions.
Behavioral Health Services
Veterans face unique mental health challenges. Combat exposure, military sexual trauma, the stress of repeated deployments, and the difficulties of transition to civilian life all contribute to behavioral health needs that require specialized understanding. CLFC provides behavioral health professionals trained to serve veteran populations, including substance use disorder (SUD) treatment support and suicide prevention services.
Case Management Services
Navigating VA benefits, coordinating healthcare, and connecting with community resources can overwhelm veterans already struggling with service-connected conditions. Home4Vets represents CLFC’s commitment to addressing veteran homelessness and housing instability. Through partnerships with VA programs and community organizations, Home4Vets connects veterans with housing resources, supportive services, and pathways to stability.
